Transparent pricing, no surprises

We believe financial clarity is part of feeling safe. Here's everything you need to know about insurance, private pay rates, and what to expect before your first session.

Accepted insurance plans

We are currently in-network with Aetna, Medicaid, and CHP+ through Colorado Access. Coverage varies by plan — we recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to confirm your mental health benefits before your first appointment.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected costs before beginning services. This estimate outlines the anticipated cost of your care based on your treatment plan.

If you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance, we are required by law to provide a GFE before your first scheduled service. You may also request one at any time.

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

Frequently asked questions

No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to schedule an intake appointment. If your insurance requires a referral, we'll let you know during the benefits verification process.

The best way is to call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your mental health benefits, including your deductible, copay, and any session limits. We will also verify your benefits before your first appointment and share what we find.

If you have a high-deductible plan, you may pay the full session rate until your deductible is met, after which your insurance will begin covering a portion. We'll walk you through what to expect based on your specific plan.

We offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for clients experiencing financial hardship. Availability is not guaranteed, but please ask when you reach out — we want to make care as accessible as possible.

Payment (copay, coinsurance, or private pay rate) is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand that life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
